As skilled dentists Drs. Baxter and Marshall began observing a change in their patients’ outlook following teeth restoration. Their patients’ beautiful smiles were making the rest of their face appear old. Lines became more prominent. Because dentists are skilled at working around the fine nerves of the mouth and because Drs. Baxter and Marshall were long skilled at using Botox for treatment of headaches and jaw pain, applying their dental knowledge to the rest of the face made sense. They were one of the first dental practices in the state to receive certification in nonsurgical facial aesthetics, which they have offered since 2013. In addition, Licensed Esthetician Rhonda Castro offers a full complement of spa services for men, women and adolescents as well as a full line of Image Skincare professional products. The program offers treatment for all skin types to correct hyper pigmentation, fine lines, loss of elasticity, sun damage, acne of the face or back and more.
Botox has long been a frontline defense for pain management for migraines and TMD, and Drs. Marshall and Baxter were among the first in the state to be certified for applying the treatment to facial aesthetics. Whether treating frown lines, laugh lines, crow’s feet or other facial muscles, our treatments gradually reduce the look of aging for a more natural look—not a frozen face.
Juvéderm Voluma—Dermal fillers
Sometimes called “liquid facelifts,” Juvéderm erases smile lines around the nose and mouth by injecting the filler just below the surface of the skin. It is also used to eliminate what is called a “black triangle” of gum space that appears between two front teeth. Patients see results as soon as they leave the office. Treatment takes less than an hour and can be combined with Botox injections if needed.
