A lifelong resident of Winder, GA, Dr. Baxter grew up in a dental family. His father, Dr. D. O. Baxter, started the practice in the mid-1960s. He practiced with his sister, Dr. Julie Marshall, for most of his career until she retired in April 2021. Dr. Baxter’s other sister, Dee Russell, is one of our hygienists. He obtained his DMD from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.
He and his wife Shannon have three grown children, John, Libby and Mary, all starting families of their own. John is in dental school and is preparing to join the practice. Dr. Baxter loves spending time with his family. He considers it a privilege to be able to live in and serve the people in the town he was raised in.
My name is Lisa Head. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist with over 20 years of experience.
I joined Total Transformation Dental and Spa in August of 2019. I am so grateful to be a part of such caring, patient centered office. My goal is to continue to meet the needs of our patients while providing a positive experience.
Outside the office I enjoy painting, staying active in the gym, and spending time with my husband and three children.
I grew up in Lilburn, Georgia and graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Business Management. I was a patient of Dr. Baxter’s for many years before joining Total Transformation Dental And Spa in 2016 as the Financial Coordinator. I love helping people achieve the smile they want!
My husband and I have a son and a daughter. We enjoy spending any free time we have at the lake!
I was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. My husband and I made Georgia our home in 2002. I became a dental assistant in 2008. I have been with Total Transformation Dental and Spa since 2012. I love my patients and love my work family. My husband and I have been married for thirty years, we have two grown children, two grandbabies and several grand pups. When we aren’t at work, we enjoy seeing the world, and we love to take our camper to visit new places!
I am the Front Office Scheduling Coordinator. I truly enjoy welcoming patients to our office. I love my job and I am blessed to work with such an amazing group of people.
I am married and have one daughter and two fur babies. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family and friends. In my spare time I enjoy photography and gardening.
